Service Providers and Data Processors
The Haven is run by Autistic Girls Network (registered charity 1196655 in England and Wales and SC054837 in Scotland). Autistic Girls Network is the data controller for personal information about learners, parents and carers, and staff held by The Haven. It is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office, registration ZB867479.
The Haven uses a small number of service providers to run its education. They are data processors: they handle personal information only on The Haven’s instructions, under data processing terms, and may not use it for their own purposes.

Changes to this list
This page is updated whenever The Haven starts or stops using a provider that handles personal information. Before any new provider is used with learner information, The Haven checks it through a data protection impact assessment and puts data processing terms in place.
- Retiring: Tactiq (meeting transcription) is being retired; it will not be used after November 2026.
- Under evaluation: a dedicated live-teaching platform is being assessed. It will be added here before any learner uses it.
